Steph Bliss heads the team here at Charney Pet Care Centre, which she opened in 1984.

Steph and her family moved to Ivy Cottage in 1982 when it was just a house with a plot of land and over the years has built up the boarding business together with running a busy  grooming salon and providing grooming courses.
