Our services
Charney’s purpose built luxury accommodation provides dogs with an indoor heated suite and free access to individual outside covered runs. The accommodation is kept immaculately clean and dry for maximum comfort. We provide Kurunda dog beds with Profleece to keep your dog warm and cosy. Dogs are exercised twice daily in our fully enclosed grass exercise paddocks.
During their stay we give all dogs regular maintenance grooming which keeps coats in tip-top condition, helps us to bond with your dog and give them some relaxing one-to-one attention.
The dog boarding accommodation is run by team members Cat Blake, Paula Dunn & Jonny Elderfield.
The doggy day care is run by Carly Spratley, Roxanne Honey, Louie Bridport & Hannah Cook.
Feeding
We encourage our clients to bring their dogs own food. This ensures they do not have a complete change of diet, which inevitably causes an upset stomach.
We feed twice daily using a premium complete dried dog food together with a little tinned food. Complete puppy food/sensitive food is also available at no additional cost for those which require a more specific diet. We also provide cooked chicken and fish to tempt particularly fussy eaters. A specific low calorie diet is provided for weight loss boarders.
Should your pet require for example a prescription diet, raw or wheat/gluten free diet, you will need to provide this.
THERE IS A 10% REDUCTION FOR OWNERS WHO SUPPLY THEIR OWN FOOD.
We recommend owners supply their dog’s own food when boarding with us.

Viewing
Our staff would be very happy to show you around the pet care centre. You can book a viewing appointment by phone, email or contact form and a member of staff will be available to take you on a tour and answer any queries you may have. It is best not to bring your dog with you for the viewing as this can be a little unsettling for the dogs staying at the time.
Boarding Conditions
Please ensure that your dogs vaccinations are up to date including a Kennel Cough vaccine, we cannot accept them into boarding without this.

We hold a 5 star licence issued by the Vale of the White horse council for boarding.
